Richard Parker and Mary Fitzpatrick Parker

When they were alive, they were agents of S.H.I.E.L.D where they once helped Wolverine escape the clutches of Baron Von Strucker either during WW2 or shortly after it. They are US counter spies who infiltrated the Red Skull's organization. When they were discovered, the Skull had them killed and framed for treason. Years later, Spidey would clear their names. Right before that mission, Mary gave birth to Peter and had Richard's brother, Ben, take care of young Peter. Several years later, the Chameleon (who's working for the late Harry Osborn) would build robots who look and act like Richard and Mary Parker. His purpose is for doing this is to discover the identity of Spider-Man. The Chameleon who learned from Harry Osborn, who died a few months earlier, that Peter might know the ID of Spider-Man. So Peter might confide in his parents, and they would tell the Chameleon. Peter discovered this and defeated his "parents".
