Billy Walters

He's a young photographer at the Bugle. Peter sort of took him under his wing. Billy really wanted to be Peter's friend, but (just like it used be) Spider-Man came in-between them. Billy left NY City to take care of his sick mother who was abandonned by her husband when Billy was at a young age.
